I am bored out of my mind.

I had a great afternoon – good company, delicious lunch in Abbot Kinney, nice stroll in Venice and a pedi-mani with 3 people pampering different parts of my body at the same time – but something was missing.

There is nothing to complain about. I’ve lived my life with vigour. By 32, I’ve lived in 3 different continents and 3 amazing cities, have a relatively stable and good job, work with motivated people, cultivated rewarding friendships around the world and there’s enough money in the bank. I challenge myself. I seize every opportunity. I should have deserved a Barney Stinson self-five.

But I am bored and I can’t exactly pinpoint why.

I’ve read The Happiness Project. I’ve taken up yoga again. I surround myself with friends. I read. I indulge myself in the small luxuries of life but still to no avail.

May be it’s time to look inside. Go back to the beginning of how it all started and may be I can find answers there.

Or may be, I am just not one of an agreeable nature, then Lord help me.
